For more than 15 years, Josh has helped Ohio families and businesses protect what matters most. He joined ProtectALL Insurance at the agency’s inception in 2018 and was promoted to Head of Operations in 2022. Today he manages day‑to‑day workflow for a 14‑person team, steering strategic planning, staff development, and technology initiatives that power ProtectALL’s fantastic client experience.
Josh began his insurance career in 2010 and quickly earned a reputation for streamlining processes and elevating service quality. His data‑driven approach ensures every client enjoys fast, accurate support—from the first phone call to policy renewal.
Away from the office, Josh explores central Ohio with his wife, Maria, and their three daughters. He also cheers on The Ohio State Buckeyes and coaches fast‑pitch softball. Known for his approachable leadership style and knack for turning big ideas into practical action, Josh’s favorite question remains, “How can we serve you better today?”
